Terms of Use and Membership

1. Scope

These Terms apply to the website, accounts, free and paid memberships, and SRC content. The contracting party is SRC – Security & Resilience Counsel, Zug, Switzerland - info@src.guide. By using or registering, you accept these Terms.

2. Memberships, prices and renewal

Current monthly plans: Free: CHF 0; Essential: CHF 29 per month; Professional: CHF 79 per month; Executive: CHF 149 per month. The applicable features are those displayed for the selected plan at checkout. Paid memberships are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically for successive one-month periods unless cancelled before the next billing date through the account/Stripe customer portal or by notice to info@src.guide. Cancellation stops renewal; access normally remains available until the end of the paid period. Prices are exclusive of VAT as clearly shown at checkout. Price or feature changes take effect only for future billing periods after prior notice; you may cancel before then. Stripe is the payment services provider, not the provider of SRC content.

3. No professional advice

SRC content is for information, research and discussion only. It is not legal, financial, investment, tax, insurance, security, medical or other professional advice, nor a recommendation or invitation to transact. Scenarios and forward-looking views are uncertain. Users act at their own risk.

4. Account and permitted use

You must keep information accurate, credentials confidential, and report suspected misuse. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, SRC content is for personal, internal and non-commercial use only. Prohibited conduct includes sharing credentials; systematic copying or redistribution; scraping, crawling or bots; feeding content into databases, training data or AI systems; circumventing access controls or watermarks; and unlawful or disruptive use. Lawful short quotations with proper attribution remain unaffected.

5. Intellectual property, sources and AI

All rights in SRC content remain with SRC or the relevant rights holder. Third-party sources remain the property of their respective rights holders; linking does not mean endorsement. SRC may use AI for research, structuring, classification and drafting; AI does not replace human responsibility. Where appropriate, we identify AI-supported content or processes.

6. Availability, liability, suspension and law

We seek reasonable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, SRC is liable only for intent and gross negligence; liability for ordinary negligence, indirect or consequential losses, data loss, loss of profit or reputation, and third-party claims is excluded. SRC may suspend or terminate access for breaches, misuse or security risks. Swiss law applies and Zug, Switzerland is the exclusive place of jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law. Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.
